Berna has been providing legal consultancy for more than 10 years in various fields of law including technology/media/telecommunications, data protection, financial technologies, internet law, intellectual property law, commercial contracts, and healthcare law.

Berna holds a CIPP/E certification in data protection and has participated in research groups focusing on blockchain and technology law regulation.

Berna is voluntarily contributing to data protection field in Turkey as a co-chair of IAPP KnowledgeNet Istanbul chapter.

She has also been a speaker at various blockchain events and has participated in various NFT projects. Berna’s Web3 interest isn’t limited to that. She is also a founder in Bambou Project, which is a collective initiative that focuses on NFT development, advisory, and brokerage. Bambou brings together professionals from various fields, including blockchain systems and contract development, IP law, IP brokerage, international law, corporate finance, digital arts, marketing, and technology media telecommunication. This initiative aims to provide comprehensive consultancy services to global companies and artists for their NFT projects.

Berna received her law degree from Bilkent University Faculty of Law in 2010.

She completed her master's degree on International Intellectual Property Law with Merit at Brunel University London with her dissertation titled "Comparative Analysis on Online Service Providers’ Third-Party Copyright Liability in Peer-to-Peer (P2P) Systems," written in 2012. In the dissertation, she examined the legal liability of service providers in P2P systems.

Berna is fluent in English and knows intermediate French.

İdil has over six years of experience providing consultancy services in legal compliance to some of Turkey’s largest companies. İdil holds ISO27701 LA certification and also member of Artificial Intelligence Policies Association (AIPA). Idil received her law degree from Bilkent University Faculty of Law in 2018.

In her roles at UESTCO Energy Systems and Upcarta, İdiman spearheaded major projects in innovation and technology transfer, consistently engaging with both EU and Turkish regulatory frameworks. She has significantly influenced research processes, product development, and sectoral growth, particularly through her strategic digitalization initiatives. As a founder and leader in the startup world, she has been instrumental in realizing innovative business ideas and enhancing the functionality and value proposition of her platforms.

Rob Scalera is an artist who lives and works in Istanbul. With nearly two decades of experience across various art forms, Rob's journey took a transformative turn when he was captivated by the allure of algorithmic art just over a year ago. Since then, he has immersed himself in the world of generative art, merging his diverse background in Industrial Engineering and Music Production to create unique, innovative works.

Rob holds a BSc in Industrial Engineering from TOBB University of Economics and Technology and an MA in Audio Production from the University of Westminster. He has an extensive career in the entertainment industry, where he spent 10 years producing advertisement music. Currently, he works as a licensing manager at a rights management and talent management company. His role encompasses overseeing licensing agreements and ensuring compliance with intellectual property laws.

Rob's foray into the Web3 space includes notable contributions such as being a speaker at a conference in Beykoz University. His speech, titled 'Blockchain & NFT,' highlighted the potential and challenges of blockchain technology and NFTs in the creative industry.
